Our Experience & Expertise
 
Doug Mitten has been licensed under the Real Estate Act of British Columbia since 1976 and is licensed as an Associate Broker. During his tenure in the real estate profession Doug has been involved in many aspects of the real estate business including management, training and of course, his first love in the business, assisting people in the sales and marketing of their homes and properties.

Bonnie Mitten has been licensed under the Real Estate Act of British Columbia since 1978 and is licensed as a Sales Representative. During her tenure in the real estate profession Bonnie has been involved in many aspects of the real estate business including sales, training and teaching the salesman's prelicensing course to prospective new salespeople and of course her first love in the business, helping people to find and purchase the home and property of their dreams.

David Mitten has been licensed undr the Real Estate Act of British Columbia since 2017 and is licensed as a Sales Representative.  Prior to that David worked with the Mitten Realty Team in production of the marketing and digital media and with his degree from Trinity Western University brings with him a diverse experience in the sale and marketing of a variety of types of real estate.

Doug, Bonnie and David bring to the "Performance" team a diversified knowledge, experience and expertise in the sale and marketing of all types of real estate. Their areas of expertise include the sales and marketing of: preowned residential real estate; new homes; land assembly; development properties; lots and bare land; acreage, and farms and hobby farms in the Fraser Valley area of British Columbia.
